OK Diet?

Hi All!

Giving advice about other people's diets has got me thinking about my own diet. Today was a pretty typical day for me. Can you please tell me areas where you think I can improve or things I should change?

[I]Ran this morning....[/I]
[B]Breakfast:[/B] Peach and banana cut up with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, grapes

[B]Mid-morning:[/B] Iced coffee with nf milk, several almonds

[B]Lunch:[/B] Subway 6' sandwich (turkey on wheat with avocado)

[B]Snack:[/B] Large apple, plum, 1 small piece of chocolate

[I]Yoga...([/I]ate 2 rice cakes beforehand)

[B]Dinner: [/B]Crackers (too many) with cream cheese, steamed broccoli and veggies, chicken breast

[B]Dessert: [/B]NF Frozen yogurt with 2 oreos

What do you think? It's obviously not perfect, but ok to maintain a healthy weight?
