I recently tried hummus on whole wheat/grain pita bread with flax seed oil in the bread...I AM IN LOVE WITH IT! It's satisfying and in the past I've heard good things nutrition wise aboout hummus. I was examining the nutrition lable and it said for 2 tbsp (1 serving) is 60 calories, 5g fat. I could eat a whole dish. What are anyone's regards about this snack sub?
