Lots of problems

I just realized today before going to bed that I only had an egg mcmuffin a couple doritos and some water today. Then I realized the day before I had 3 slices of cheesy bread and a small grilled chicken meal from applebee's. I'd say my normal intake of food a day ranges anywhere from 600-1400 calories a day. I usually have about 1 or 2 meals a day that are usually quite small.

I'm a 23 year old male 5'11" and I usually stay around 130 pounds. The main thing that I've noticed is just that I never really "feel" hungry. I very rarely think about food either because I'm too busy or because I don't want to bother preparing the food or dealing with the hassle. Also when I do happen to eat I can usually never finish the last bite or have a real hard time finishing the last couple of bites because it feels like my stomach is already full and I'll get sick if I eat anymore (even when it's something small)

I'm also constantly tired and usually sleep about 12 hours a day in very irregular cycles. (2 hours one night, 20 hours the next) My doctor recommended I get vitamins with minerals and I've been trying to take some centrum every day but I usually forget to take them.

I also have a substance abuse problem, usually once or twice a week I'm not in a sound state of mind (This probably doesn't help my sleeping problem too much either) I made a new years resolution to try to avoid drinking or smoking alone to try to cut back on this.

Sorry for this wall of text, these things have just been on my mind for a while and I wanted to get them off my chest.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on healthy and easy food that I can maybe take with me and snack on or something easy to prepare to try to give myself as few excuses to not eat as possible. I'm also a poor college kid so try and keep advice in a small budget range.

Any other advice would be appreciated.
