Can eating of cashew nuts help bring down LDL levels?
Actually, yes. Walnuts are the best, however cashews are a great choice too. Remember, nuts have a lot of fats, but the good kind if you will. Like anything else, don't overdo it. Snack on cashews and you'll be fine. There are some studies out there that state that walnuts and cashews have compounds that lower overall cholesterol from the blood.

Here's my 1.5 cents: Don't rely on one food to lower cholesterol. EVERYTHING matters! Anything you eat will matter; try to have an overall healthy outlook. Include cashews if you like them; they're good overall.
