Eggs/healthy fat?

... Walnuts, almonds, and peanuts are my favorites. But there are many healthy nuts. Brazils, cashews, pine, macadamia, pecans, and pistachios are some other healthy nuts. I wouldn't eat salted nuts. Just eat nuts that are raw. Include them in yogurt, pasta, or other foods. I don't really limit my intake of nuts, but they are very caloric. (13 replies)
