... ay, listing what you want to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You must not skip ANY meal since you cannot have a balanced diet if you have unbalanced eating times. Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day, in my opinion. If you skip it, you are not likely to restore balance with the remaining meals. ... (4 replies)
