... I have heard that it was unhealthy to eat anything after around 8pm. Is this true....? I'm asking, because it is hard for me to not eat from 8pm to the time I go to bed. I work at a resturunt, so I usually don't get to sleep until 2 or 3 in the morning. And I sometimes get hungry..... What should I do?? (6 replies)
