... Sounds like an overall good plan to me! I eat pretty similarly to you. I love the sugar-free puddings. I prefer them to the regular kinds! Sugar-free jello is also pretty good. Raisins can be high in calories and sugar, so just make sure to keep your serving size in check. I was surprised one time to see that they can really add up, just for tiny little raisins! ... I wouldn't say "numb" but something close to it. Maybe irritated, over-sensitized and "prickly" would be how I describe it. Strangely, it's only the raw fruit and not the canned that has this effect on me and there's nothing pleasant about it. I think it might have something to do with the enzymes in it...bromelain and papain (dissolves protein) but I'm not sure. No other... (3 replies)
