... Just my opinion, but I'd take the Muscle Milk after your entire workout. Drinking that much protein and then running, would absolutely wreck havoc on my stomach. Especially since it's just a 30 minute run, your body doesn't need the additional fuel for such a short run. ... (2 replies)

... s. The way to gain wait isn't easy as people think, unless you just want to become fat. You need to start a 6 meal a day regiment. With eating at least 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh. MINIMUM 1 Gram per Pound. Get some Myoplex, you can use that and a small healthy snack for a meal or two. ... (11 replies)
