I've had the same exact problem as yours. I've been battling endless gas for the past 5 or more years. I've been to GI doctors who prescribed me antacids, proton pump inhibitors, domperidone, buscopan etc but nothing worked. I took gas X too but it didn't work too. My doctor said that all my troubles is just caused by stress so he asked me to try doing calming exercises like yoga meditation etc. When nothing worked my doctor told me maybe it was caused by my diabetes and that my stomach nerves aren't working efficiently that's why I'm having so much gas. So I took B complex vitamins and hoped and prayed for a cure. I exercise regularly and try to avoid oily foods because I noticed that it triggers my gas attack. I would wake up in the middle of the night thinking I am having a heart attack and after a few minutes I would burp. Turned out it was just gas. I've had numerous trips to the ER because of gas. I also tried taking pro biotics and had a colon cleanse but it still didn't work. However, 2months ago I remembered that I have a juicer and decided to take vegetable juice in the morning. A friend of mine told me that she lost weight thru juicing so I tried her juicing regimen. I drink a glass of fresh juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. She specifically told me to drink the juice right after juicing so that it would still be alkaline. The first juice I tried consist of 1 small apple, 1pear, 1 carrot and 1 cucumber. During the first week I didn't notice any changes in my journey with endless gas but my bowel movement became regular. I wasn't expecting it to cure my gas and I was more interested with the weight loss effect as I never thought it would help my gas problem. On the second week I changed the recipe to apple, celery, carrot and bell pepper and gradually I noticed that I'm missing my gas attacks. No more night attacks and I noticed I rarely burp anymore. In case I felt that full and tight feeling in my gut gas would easily come out and I would be able to burp or fart and let go of all the gas unlike before when it would get stuck and I will feel full and bloated the whole day. I continued juicing in the morning and tried combining different vegetables. I always have an apple then I just add any of the vegetables -spinach, ampalaya (bitter gourd), sweet potato, beets, celery, carrots or cabbage. I just go to the grocery and just see which new vegetable I could add. Thankfully after two months of juicing I could say that my gas problems has been 90% cured. I could even drink coffee (my addiction) which I had to give up because it triggers my gas attack. I just wanted to share with u my experience and I hope it helps you too if you try it. I know how you feel because at one time I felt so hopeless that all I could do was pray to God for help as I could not get any relief from it.
