... Hi, As soon as I eat any food, within minutes, I get head pressure/headache, chest tightness, and anxiety. This happens with anything I eat or drink. Water is the only exception. I have that sometimes, and usually watching something mindless like spongebob helps. but attivan helps you 100% if you need to take medicines. ... Hi, I had both done at the same time in January and I can honestly tell you that I would never have them done separately! I had my GB out March 2nd of this year and three weeks after, one week ago as a matter of fact, ended up in Er with extreme pain in my upper region and radiating to the back. ... Anxiety can irritate existing gastrointestianl problems. It's called the mind/gut reaction. Don't, however, let doctors convince you that it's all in your head. If you feel something isn't right, it probably isn't. I let doctors assure me for three years that my stomach issues were stress-related and just acid reflux.
