... You aren't hurting naything per se but are just risking the mad dash to the potty! it just take a while for your body to adapt to not having the gb and sorting out how to work properly. Giving it as much time as possible is the best route....as evidenced by the Taco Bell meal...wasn't a good thing, was it? With the exceptionof a couple of binges I just couldn't control...
