... Neither....I'm just interested in reading the article that's all! I was under the impression that none of the SSRIs had withdrawal syndromes like you have with benzos or alcohol....rather they have DISCONTINUATION syndromes as I mentioned in my first post. There's a difference. (17 replies)
... I'm not on Prozac, but Zoloft, but the same interactions should apply. I seem to be able to drink very little yet get very buzzed. A single shot of any 150 proof alcohol will get me COMPLETELY wrecked (that's a technical term ;)). ... Just to let you know hun, I had a bad reaction to an SSRI from stopping it after just 4 days. I was put in the hospital for this. I was hallucinating and seeing bright colors and my legs would shake uncontrollably. I do not do drugs, drink, or smoke. I'm not saying they all do this, because I'm taking one right now called Lexapro, but Paxil did not work for me for some reason.... (17 replies)
