How long would my Bulimia recovery take ?

I have been bulimic & anorexic for about 5 years. It started when I was 15. I really want to recover and start enjoying my life again. How long would it take for my digestive system, bowel movement , and water retention to be normal again. What are the things I should eat? Help.
