You are DEFINITELY not alone. I think a lot of us have been or are in the situation you are. I have the problem where I'm good all day, then I get home and eat everything in sight. And sometimes I will keep eating even if I feel sick. I've really been trying to work on this lately... and quite honestly, I've dropped a few lbs because of it.

What I try to focus on is keeping myself busy. You can't eat if you are busy. It may sound retarded, but I actually got needlepoint and some other hand activities because I knew that if my hands were preoccupied, I couldn't eat that much.

The other thing I told someone else is to try and NOT buy the things you know you'll binge on. Like I cannot buy a carton of frozen yogurt because I know I will more than likely go back for more. So, I just buy those Weight Watchers fudge bars that come in individual packages. Don't know if that will help or not.

The thing that has worked most for me is to brush my teeth after I've eaten. Most foods do not taste good after brushing your teeth and you have to do it before you go to bed, so why not just do it prior to when you wash your face, etc.
