I know exactly how you feel. I haven't binged/purged in almost a month now but am still wondering...when will it happen again? The only thing that helps me is recognizing the signs that will lead me to binge..stress, ect. When do you binge mostly? TIme of day, triggers, ect.
Instead of beating myself up when I have a "slip up" I focus on congratulating myself for not have binged for so many days, ect.
I usually start to want to binge when I have denied myself the foods I really love and I think, "I'd love to binge on sweets now..."How long have you been bulimic/how many times a day are you doing it? Just curious, you don't have to answer it it's too personal...
