Hi SammyT- I am confused as to what you mean when you say "regurgitation". Is that throwing up? Also about your puffy face question- My face was definitly A lot rounder and puffier when I was purging a few times a day or week. Now that its a lot less- maybe once a month or I could go 6 months without purging, its back to normal and a lot more slender, so Your glands do go back to normal. :)
