| Okay, this is really embarrassing but here goes.....
Has anyone ever found that brushing their teeth makes them hungry? Sometimes I won't brush even though I know I need to (I know, gross :o)because it makes me hungry. I'm not kidding, I'll eat something and then I'll be full. But then right afterward, I brush my teeth and within 15 minutes after I'm done brushing I'm hungry again. This really bothers me, mostly at night, because I don't like to eat after a certain time, but I even have trouble with it in the morning. :( It seems like I've been this way for as long as I can remember, I'm 34. I'm anorexic, bulimic, and a overeater and I don't think that this teeth brushing problem helps, especially not with the anorexia, which is my main issue right now. I don't want to brush because it makes me hungry. Can anyone else relate? What do you do? |
