If I could wake up one day without Ed, I would...

1. Eat a big breakfast and not give it a second thought--no worries about calories, fat, or exercise.

2. NOT step on the scale, nor would I wish I had.

3. Focus my mind on how to spend the day, rather than what I should eat.

4. Not feel the need to do sit-ups after eating.

5. Eat food that is not fat-free without feeling guilty.

6. Eat a meal without food rituals.

7. Not have "safe" and "unsafe" foods because every food would feel safe.

8. Not be afraid of gaining weight.

9. See myself as beautiful, no matter what size of clothing I wear.

10. Have dessert!
