i think you've probably already heard what i'm going to say. but that's because it's good advice. just eat healthy, but eat more. icecream and other "fatty" foods are bad for you. exercise and try to gain muscle....as far as i know...unless ur not anorexic, u don't really want more fat. if you eat a lot of calories of protein and take on some weight training and pilates you'll look better because you'll have more muscle. you'll also weigh more because muscle weighs more than fat...u said you're underweight so that's good. also, try to have somewhat of a consistent calorie intake. if you barely eat...then your metabolism slows down...and when you binge eat......all you're really doing is gaining fat. i hope that helped.
