Hello, I personally workout everyday. At 8 a.m. I do 2 hours at the park I walk and run. I come home and clean the house. I'll cook dinner about 3 p.m. I workout again at 6 p.m. Until 9 p.m. When I started I did a lot of cardio with weights. I was at 266 pounds. This was in February 3,2015 were in June 23,2015 now I weigh 230 pounds. I eat more vegetables and fish that has helped me a lot. If I were you I would do high intense workouts with weights. Then walk and jog or run. It works faster. My doctor told me that. I started 15 min then build my time up slowly every week. Listen to your body dont over do it. Then you will be in a lot of muscle pain. I did that. Make sure you stretch nomatter how high or low your excersise is that day. (Before and after). Hope I could help.
