I'd do this every two days or at least 3 times a week (sometimes it becomes 2 times a week) I know this isn't quiet a weight loss work out... but what I am doing here is just to prevent the wigly jigly skin since I'm loosing my weight (thou very slowly)

I am on kind of my version of Arkin diet (low carb + high protein). I am a regular smoker and drink occasionally.... but I try not to consume more then 1500 calories per day.

I know I'm loosing weight (very very slowly...) but I was just wondering if I am doing alright to tone myself.... or..should u suggest something more.... just please let me know... i will be very glad...


Any exercise you do will help, but the BEST way to burn the fat and lose the weight is to make better use of your diet. That means cardio and fat burning cardio. 2 or 3 times a week would do wonders. The cardio will get rid of excess fat and help build lean muscle, to utilize your high protein diet. Also make sure you drink alot of water. This will help flush the fat from your body.

You may also want to see a trainer or nutritionist about your calorie intake. If you don't get enough calories, your body will burn more muscle for energy and not the fat.

For instance I do about 4 hours of cardio each week, weight lift 4 times a week, consume about 2500 calories a day, and drink about 1.5 gallons of water each day. In a few months I have lost about 15 pounds of fat and I feel fantastic. Either way good luck.


ps. I also quit drinking alcohol and soda. That may have helped more than anything.
