well guys i THINK im gonna go with this routine...SOMEONE please help me out here!

monday - biceps, back, abs
tuesday - chest, triceps, shoulders
wed - legs
thurs - biceps, back, abs
fri - chest, triceps, shoulders
sat - off
sun - off

does this look good?
i get at least 8 hrs everynight.....i eat about 2000-2500 calories a day.....ill add legs onto monday and thurs..with the biceps, back, abs....good? or no?

8 Hours = Good.

You need to be eating at [B]least[/B] 3,000 calories a day. I'd shoot for 4,000.

As for routine, try this out:

Day One: Chest

Dumbbell Bench Press: 4x10
Barbell Incline Bench Press: 4x10
Barbell Flies: 3x10
Pullovers: 3x10
Abs: 5x25

Day Two: Back

Pull-ups: Three sets until failure
Seated Rows: 4x10
Medium-Grip Pulldowns: 4x10
Hyperextensions: 3x10
Calves: 5x10

Day Three: Rest

Day Four: Legs

Barbell Squats: 4x10
Dumbbell Lunges: 5x15
Leg Curls: 4x10
Abs: 5x25

Day Five: Arms

Barbell Bicep Curls: 3x12
Dumbbell Preacher Curls: 3x10
Close Grip Bench Press: 3x10
Lying Dumbbell Extensions: 4x12
Push Press: 4x12
Pourouts: 4x10
Wrist Curls 3x15
Calves 5x10
k how bout this workout...i might have it right this time....
monday: Biceps, back, abs, legs
Tues: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Wed: Abs
Thursday: Biceps, back, legs
Friday: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Abs

It's still way too many major bodyparts in one day. You'd have to rush through them just to complete them all within a reasonable timeframe.

Remember man, It's not how many times you work out a week, it's how well and thourough you do it. I've had a good many clients of mine respond better to working each bodypart one time a week, than they did twice a week.
