I started going to the gym again.

I just want to loose fat. Reshape my body. So I was told to do Cardio andno weightlifting for the beginning.
Cuz I should start burning fat and after I lose fat I should start weight lifting.

I dont want to build muscles. Just want to loose weight and fat.

I usually use the Crosstrainer for a hour. And planning after 2morrow to fast walking on treadmill for 20 minutes and Stepper for 20 to.

So any suggestions thnx.
