Smarie - the pamphlet was right - you will def. have difficulty sleeping if you workout too late at night. I would try the morning thing and see if you can make it work because that is the best time to exercise - increases your energy for the day and your metabolism which in turn has the best end result for what you're tryin to accomplish.

Maybe look at your schedule again and see how you can get to bed earlier - sacrifices have to be made. :) I'm going to try the morning thing - I've always been an evening person (although used to be in the army and didn't have a choice then LOL) to work out, but I'm going to TRY and get to bed earlier. I'm a night owl so that's why I can't or don't want to get up in the morning. I've always envied those that could - wish they were my roommate so they could come in like a drill sgt and make me get up. LOL
