my muscles in my lower legs are really muscular,lol. I used to run track and play basketball so running really helps a lot. I don't work with dumbells or anything and they turned out good so i figure i must be doing something right. I just started this exercize plan of my own that i thought would be good, every day i play basketball for about an hour, and every other day or so i jog from 1-2 miles, also at school every other day i left weights in my p.e class. hope this helped in some way.
