I'm 6 feet tall and weight about 155. I started lifting 3 weeks ago, i'm taking in plenty of protein per day, and taking creatine. here's my usual workout, will this help me to add some mass. I do pretty much all the exercieses in 5 sets (10-8-6-6-4)

Butterflys
Push ups

Tues
-----
Dumbell curls
preacher curls
tricep pushdowns

Wed
-----
shoulder press
military press
upright rows



Thurs
------
deadlifts
lat pull downs
bent over rows

Fri
-------
leg extensions
leg curls

I want to get a pull up bar also. Add any good excercises you would suggest. I'm trying to find a way to do squats on my equipment right now.
