| Hey my body is okay minus some upper leg and lower tummy fat. The part that gets to me the most is the inner thigh fat because when I sit/stand with my legs together it looks like a very fat butt in front. I don't think running/walking helps much for this phenomenon [I've already been doing those]...
Any ideas how to get rid of that? And/or, (a) good exercise(s) that works on killing fat below and above the belly button area? Also, I used to have a very nice, defined butt but I've noticed the area between my upper back thighs and butt is kinda faded. Know how to make that nice and defined again? |
