I started working out about 2 years ago to lose weight, I lost 50 pounds over 7 months and weighed 185 pounds. Since last year, I started weight training and gained about 15 pounds back during that time. (from the way I look, most of it is muscle) But, I also gained some of the fat back. Now I am cutting and I was wondering if this diet is good for cutting. I am 6 feet tall, and I weigh 200 pounds.

Breakfast: Total cereal and skim milk
2.5 hours later: Protein Shake
2.5 hours later: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with mustard and vegetable beef soup.
2.5 hours later: Yogurt, or nuts
1 hour later: workout
After workout: protein shake
Dinner: chicken, or venison with brown rice and vegetables

If I stay up late, I usually have a protein shake before bed too. Any ideas on this diet?
