For Wed, Nov 22: I actually did a Firm workout today, I guess because I missed lifting weights, I mean REALLY lifting weights. For a while I was doing interval training with weights which is primarily cardio, and not THAT much strength training. The one I did today is called BSS2 (body sculpting system) with Jennifer Carmen. I think I get better results from more strength training, as opposed to interval training. I dunno, I'm confused. :D Anyways, the workout is 55 minutes long and includes alot of weight training exercise with short bursts of moderate intensity cardio. :bouncing:

HAPPY THANKSGIVING :D : I did 35 minutes of standing pilates(I'm glad I'm giving this pilates another chance, I think I like it now...something different:D ), 40 minutes of cardio, dvd called Solid Gold Cardio by Chrisi Taylor, then some power yoga for 20 minutes. Felt kinda bla after I ate my dinner, although I didn't eat that much. :p
Friday: Cathe's Step Works video (step aerobics 60 min) and pilates for the abs for 10 minutes. My arms are still sore from Wednesday! My heart rate actually go up to like 198 when I wasn't even paying much attention, I wonder how many times I did that!!! Luckily I wear a heart rate monitor because it didn't even feel like my heart rate was that high. Does that ever happen to you?
