My inner thighs are like rubbing against each other.. I need to slim and tone it, whats a good exercise? I run 4 miles 6x a week. It doesnt seem to help so i need some muscle endurance for my thighs.. any tips?

Yah, a video called "Perfectly Fit Legs" by Kathy Kahler and Claudia Schiffer. You can get it cheap on amazon and it targets everything, especially the inner thighs, I'm always sore the next day after doing that one. :eek:

so you are running almost 25 miles a week?.........and your inner thighs are still rubbing together?..............whats your height/weight?
