I go the other way. My workouts are generally between 8:30 and 9:30pm.

I know that for many people, working out "late" tends to stimulate them too much to fall asleep, but I'm generally up until around 11pm, and sleep until 7am, when I get the kids up and ready for school (we're out of the house by 7:30, thanks to a VERY organized morning routine). I get home from work at 6:30, grab some dinner while my wife gives the kids their bath, then I take over for the rest of the bedtime ritual (my kids are down for the night by 7:30), which gives me an hour to spend with my wife before I get into my workout. If I'm running, the workout is only 20-30 minutes anyway (2-3 miles), so it's not a big burden. If I'm lifting, it's a full hour, but I'm still done by 9:30. That leaves time for a post-workout snack and a little "me" time before I head to bed.

One other thought... do you get a lunch break? I've taken to getting out for a brisk walk for 20-30 minutes in the middle of the day, walking a mile or two. I generally don't break a sweat during this "mini-workout," but I walk pretty fast to get my heart rate up a little, and the fresh air helps clear my head in the middle of the workday.
I'm with Phillydude, I like to workout at night cause that's whan I have most of my energy, and I don't worry about a possible injury from working out in the morning. 7-8pm is usually when I exercise. When I go back to school this time, I'm going to have to cut my workouts to like 30 minutes 3x a week, and strength 45min. So, I think you may be able to swing 30 minutes a night, or the am.
