Hello! Let me just first give you my stats:

23 y/o Male
5'11
195lb

I currently goto the gym 5-7 days a week, 3-4 days of weight training, and 3 days of 45min cardio.

I am at the size I want to be, and now I feel that I want to tone my body. What is the best way to go about doing this without losing strength or muscle mass? I just want to lose more fat, and get a more shapley/toned body. I Admit.. my diet is not that good, that is also where I need some advice. I'm not looking for a hardcore fast pace fat loss diet, just something I can work on.

What is a good work out plan for a 3 day interval for weights, and a 3 day interval plan for cardio. What are good weight excercises for toning? I want to split it up into Arms, Chest, legs/abs.

Also, are there any good websites that allow you to make your own work out plan? And that show how to do each excercise?

Input for my concerns would be great!
