Here's something you might want to try:

Some experts say that it takes about 21 days to develop a habit. So.....try placing a little post-it-note or the steering wheel of your car that reads "SUCK IT IN!" Everey time you get behind the wheel you will be reminded to suck your gut in while you are driving. The average commute to work in the United States is over 23 minutes. So.......If you have an average commute you will be sucking it in for at least 46 minutes, 5 days a week.

This works!!! I did it, and now I find myself sucking it in before I turn the key each and every time I get behind the wheel. Great stuff you can do with your mind.
