I am female 46 years old weigh 134-137 depending on the time of the month. I'm 5'7" and my measurements are 38-30-37. I feel most comforatble when I am at 125. So I am giving myself till July to get to that point and I feel I can do it. I am back to my routine today. I do treadmill every other day at 3.8 to 4.0 for 30 minutes on a 1.5 to 2 % incline. The days I don't do cardio I will do weight training. Legs one day, Chest and back the other day and arms the other days. My main trouble point is my mid section and I know I can't spot reduce and when I exercise faithfully it gets better but I know I will never have a flat stomach after two children and at my age. Of course unless I want to visit my plastic surgeon. OK now where I need help is my food intake. I am not a big eater. And I don't even get hungery until about noon everyday so I have to force myself to eat in the morning. Here is my usual day of eating.

I get up at 5:30 a.m.

Early morning either water with lemon on a cup of green tea with ginseng.

Morning either a bowl of cereal or 2 slice of toast again I have to force myself to eat I am not hungry.

Afternoon---Apple or a bannana with peanut butter on it. Or cheese and crackers

Dinner---Usually just a meat and a veggie during the week. My husband and I stay away from potato's, bread etc and only eat them for dinner on the weekends. And if we do have a starch during the week it's usally brown rice.
We eat fish 2 to 3 times a week and chicken about twice a week and then either usallly pork or beef. When we eat beef it's always filet mignon less fat. Now my down fall alcohol. I usually have two drinks a night with dinner. I know bad but don't know if I want to give that up.

Water intake I drink probably 8 to 10 glass of water a day with lemon I don't drink soda's neither does my DH. If I have one it's rare and usually because I have an upset stomach.

So any suggestions?

My eating is the way I always eat. My exercise routine will be the new thing. And to keep up the pace. Also should I take any days off. And if so which should I skip the cardio or the weight training. I want to lose weight if possible but more then anything I want to tone my body just more firm looking not really looking to gain muscle.
