Can someone please tell me a goodworkout including cardio and weightlifting? I have a glider for my cardio then I have a weight lifting machine for my toning. My weightlifting machine mainly works my arm, legs, and back. I figured 3 to 4 days a week would be sufficient for toning and then I could do cardio for at least 5 to 6 days a week. And of course a healthy diet would be included. I have early classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can't exercise those mornings, but would it still be ok to exercise whenever I got back home? Which would be around noon, mabye before. I've heard that it's better to exercise in the mornings and also it's better to lift weights before you do cardio. Is that true? Also, on the weightlifting, what kinds of exercises do I do, which ones, and on what days should I do them? I need to lose at least 40 lbs. And I would like to accomplish my goal by May.
