Ok well the main thing is the guys i work out with are pretty new to it and they arent lookin to gain muscle mass as much as i am, they just want to be fit so i gotta kinda bend to them some. When i worked out by my self it was chest and tri's, legs, day off or just abbs at the house, back and bi's, shoulders and traps. But because my partners are wanting to lift less weight and more reps its pretty essential that they work out longer than me. But also im not lookin to get super huge my self i would only like maybe 15 1/2 -16 inch biceps again, and ripped up and in decent condition. i have a very toned upper body and upper abbs i just want the lower abb fat gone and to steadily pack on some muscle over about the next 6 months and maybe raise my strength back up. I also have another question about my chest. It doesnt evolve like the rest of my body does. I will get stronger but it has not as much roll as i would like underneath decent cut in the middle and no upper chest. Its like wide and and in the middle i guess i could explain it. But I seem to be hittin all the parts of my chest when i work out ne thoughts on that also.

Ah well, I guess you're gonna do what you're gonna do then. But, again, diet is going to be key to fat loss for you. The last bit is usually the hardest and you have to be really keyed into what your body needs and when.
As for the shape of the pecs, a lot of that is going to be determined by genetics. It's not like you're missing any exercises that hit the various regions, but if you want to try to add some more mass, slow the reps down (in lieu of heavier weight). Literally three seconds up, squeeze at the top, three seconds down. It's a whole lot harder than it sounds, but will add some bulk fairly quickly.
