I have heard alot of contradictry info on cardio. Will someone please set me straight on jogging for fat loss. I jog in place and through my house for cardio (my son wants me to carry him if we are outside). I am trying to lose a little bit of fat (mostly in my stomach) and I do not know which way is the best way. I have heard that you do not start burning fat until you have been jogging for 20 min. and that you should try to go for 30 to 40 min. at once. I have also heard that it is ok to to do cardio for 10 min. at a time 3 or 4 times a day. Which way is the best way to burn fat. I am doing strength training every other day and I eat healthy.
