Slim Fast

So in highschool I swam and played basketball and was therefore very thin. I'm 22 now and much stockier and my body fat is around 16 percent. I want to get my body fat down to 10 percent; Well, for now. My ideal body fat percentage would be like 3 percent. Anywho, right now my main goal is to burn fat. Obviously I don't want to lose muscle, but again, fat loss is the target. So my plan is this: Doing 30mins of weight lifting/abs and 45mins of cardio four times a week, while simaltaneously taking something like zantrex while being on the slim fast diet. The slimfast diet being a shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and a normal dinner. Averaging around 1500 calories a day. I know that's really low, especially cause i'm 6ft and 195. But I just want to burn fat quickly.

Thoughts?

I'm not too concerned with much else other than how well I will burn fat like this.
