I have at my house:

Barbell w/ 300 lb weights
Bench
Power Rack (I believe that's what it's called) w/ Leg extension and curling extension
Adjustable dumbells

Can anyone reccomend me a routine? I'm a total beginner at weightlifting. I've been trying to find routines on the internet, but it seems like most of them require some kind of machine or a lat pulldown bar. Is there a full workout I can do with just this stuff?
