Hi, I'm trying to lose about 5-10 kilos mainly from my stomach.. At the moment, money is tight so I can't afford to go to the gym etc.. I drink about 2-3 litres of water a day, and basically all I'm doing atm is crunches, running on the spot and pushups every night and sometimes during the day.. I'm also doing the exercise where you put your hands behind your head and lift your legs up and do a peddling-like movement with them, after a short time this really tightens my abs.. I have 2 questions, 1. Is this enough to help me lose weight? and 2. Will the last exercise I described(sorry don't know the name) help me lose weight from my stomach? Thanks. Tom.

Edit: I just read somewhere that ab exercises do not help you lose belly fat, is this true?
