i'm trying to eat better, and i know i'm supposed to eat approx. 40-45% carbs, 40-45% protiens, and aroudn 10% of healthy fats. i know quite a bit of foods that contain these, but not a lot... does anyone know of any sites that have a list of foods that contain a lot of carbs, protiens, and healthy fats? thanks so much...
