Thank you CLN. I started on monday and boy am I out of shape. It was all I could do, to run 15 min on the treadmill. I first started my session stretching, followed by sets on many different weight machines. I felt like this warmed me up good. Then I did the cardio. I am not exercising to lose weight, a few pounds would be ok, but I'm just wanting to be healthier. I am extremely sore from lifting weights. My arms, legs, abs, and pecs are all very sore. I was just wondering if I should just stick with cardio until my soreness goes away, or continue lifting weights. Thanks.
