I'm 5ft 5ins

Leg Press
Abb Crunch
Shoulder Press
Biceps
Seated Row
Pushdown (On a multipully)
I can't remember what the machine is called but it does the lower arms
another one does Lower Legs

I do 3 Sets of 12

I do weights before Cardio

I'm trainning for a 5k at the minute so cardio will steadilly increase to about 30 mins over the next 10 weeks
