I know what you mean with the cold air going to be coming in. What i'm going to do. Get on the sweater! Get the sweat pants on, if you have them throw on something like tights or something underneth to help keep you warm (personally sweats are good enough for me, my legs will be warm from running). So the only thing that gets me when running in the cold is the freezing of the face. Get a face guard. I've seen some bikers that have them and one, i think they just look cool! But they keep your cheek, nose, mouth warm. Keep your hood up and tight around your face and you shouldn't have any problems. Other than breathing in the cold air, but it just adds to the workout :-P
