I Walk In The A.m. Before Work. About 6:00 A.m. Do The Winsor Pilates For 20 Min Around 4:30 After Work. I Go To A Total Body Workout Class At 6:30 That Lasts An Hour And Then Do The Next Class Which Is Cardiopump For An Hour (only Mon/thurs) The Instructor Is Very Good And I Leave These Classes Drenched But I Do Drink Alot Of Water All Day And At The Classes. I Just Added The Pilates Into My Workout Because I've Heard Such Good Things About Them.
