Opinions on routine

Ok, i plan to start working out regularly in janurary, and was looking online for a workout routine for beginners. I will be playing ultimate frisbee, which is alot of running, and have practices 2 or 3 days a week, so that will take care of my cardio. i was looking for a 3 day program, and this is what i found:
Lower Body
Leg Press - 2 X 15
Leg Extension - 2 X 15
Leg Curls - 2 X 15
Calve Raises - 2 X 15

Upper Body
Bench Press - 2 X 15
Shoulder Press - 2 X 15
Seated Row - 2 X 15
Triceps Pushdowns - 2 X 15
Biceps Curls - 2 X 15

It says to do it 3 times a week, and then after 2 months, add another set to each exercise. i will be lifting days that i am not playing ultimate frisbee. Does this look good for a beginner? my goals are to gain weight and strength, but i have read that i should not start advanced workouts right away. Does this look good to start? or would you recommend splitting the body parts on different days? Please, tell me what you think.
