like every red blooded american i decided that my new years resolution was to shed some weight. i have tried a few fad diets before with no success and i decided that i would doit the old fashioned way...better eating and more exercise.

i found myself physically drained and went to gnc one day to see if they had a vitamin or nutrient supplement to shed fat help with cardio and rid the fatigue....

background: 25 yo cauc male, healthy, military, 5 11 210 pounds and last time i checked i was at 23% BF with neck waist measurements. i am in good shape physically, regularly run 5 miles after completing a one mile ocean swim, work out almost 5 times a week, keying on cardio (running and biking)

....the guy at gnc suggested that i try a product called NO2 and a liquid CLA.

my ultimate goal is not a perfect weight, but rather a good looking phsique. i have been on the NO2 and CLA about 10 days and have noticed great results.

my question is am i taking these supplements correctly? i take 5 NO2 in the morning and 1TBSP of CLA half hour before breakfast. 5 NO2 half hour before lunch and then 1TBSP of CLA at about 430 (1/2 hour before dinner) my workout has been centered around cardio, but wondered if i should start pushing steel around or stay with the cardio (also calisthenics on weds)?

any and all help is greatly appreciated.
