First of all, thanks to everyone who helps us newbie's out with these questions...It helps us out tremendously.
Here goes: My workoutroutine, I use the pyramid principle, will this get me cut?
M/W/F: Run 1 mile, walk 1/2 mile. 4 sets bench, 4 sets shrugs, 4 sets preacher curls, 4 sets crunches.
Tue/Thurs.: Run 2 miles. Speed Bag for 15 minutes. Heavy Bag for 15 minutes.
Weekends: 2 mile run on Saturday. Sunday: Rest.
I am also eating about 1800-2000 calories per day, fruits, veggies, lean meats, milk, etc... I snack on low fat pretzels. How does this look to the experts? Thanks again.
