Being a 20 year old 5'5 male and only weighing 116lbs, I seriuosly need to gain some weight, or atleast not *look* that skinny.

I've been working out on and off, and those only include push ups and sit ups, and very light dumbell weights(20-30 lbs).

I'm gonna get back to working out, but I've been thinking of using supplements to enhance my workout. What do you guys think of the drink mixes? Do they help at all? do you guys have any reccmendations?

My main concern is everything above my waist. I"m pretty satisfied w/ everything below my waist(my legs) because I used to jog a lot, and it did help give my leg some muscles.
now, how do I improve my upper body....mainly get broader shoulders, better chest, and bigger arms.

I"m a pretty busy person w/ school and work, so I really don't have time to go to the gym much. I used to exercise at night right before I go to bed, and I tried to do it in the morning right before school, so I think I"m gonna stick w/ it...

Like I said, I dont do super strenuous exercises, just bunch of push-ups, sit-ups, and light weights. If I combine those exercises w/ those drink mixes, will it give me what I want??

do you guys have any reccommendatinos?
